Kitchen Tile Backsplash Remodel

We recently completed this kitchen tile backsplash remodel in Blaine, MN 55434. The old backsplash was removed, damaged sheetrock cut out, new tile backer board installed, seams taped, and new tile installed and grouted. The job took us 3 days to complete.

Old tile backsplash has been removed and sheetrock has some damage.

We removed the damaged sections of sheet rock that couldn’t be repaired.

We installed new tile backerboard and taped the seams with fiberglass mesh tape and thinset mortar.

Here is the completed backsplash before the outlet covers were installed.
