We worked with Lillian at Touchdown Tile to redo the backsplash of our kitchen and she was great to work with. We went with a long subway tile but decided to switch the layout up and did a herringbone pattern as well as changing the grout color at the last minute and she didn’t seem to mind and was able to get everything done in a very timely manner and was very professional. We ended up having an electrical issue once everything was done and she came out to fix it herself but wasn’t able to do it and ended up sending out one of her contractors to fix and was done within the next day. Very pleased with the way things turned out!
