We were proud to be a partner in this Airbnb remodel and complete the tile installations for A – Squared – Design + Build + Remodel.
This Carver, MN project featured multiple tiled areas to be remodeled including 2 bathrooms, entry flooring, fireplace surround flooring, and a kitchen tile backsplash. The bathroom is tiled with porcelain wainscoatting, shower walls, and flooring. The tile trim used to match the bathroom hardware is brushed brass Schluter jolly edging. The tile shower is complete with recessed shelf storage and custom glass door. 16×16 terrazzo floor tile was used for the flooring in the master bathroom.
Our tile installers completed the flooring remodel for the entryway and fireplace hearth with a curved transitional edge. We used a metal edging that is made to curve for the transition to the wood flooring.
The kitchen features a handmade tile backsplash. The irregular size and shapes of the individual tiles give this backsplash character.
